Yes — your nanny will send photo and status updates via WhatsApp every 2 hours, so you can enjoy your time knowing exactly how your children are doing.
How far in advance should I book?
What's included in the price?
For peak season (June–August, December–January), we recommend booking 2 weeks in advance. For other times, 48–72 hours is usually enough.
The price covers professional childcare, transportation to your location, basic activity supplies, and our 24/7 support. Meals for your child are not included unless specified.
Can I meet the nanny before booking?
What's your cancellation policy?
Yes — for bookings of 3+ days, we offer a free 15-minute video call with your assigned nanny before her first day. For shorter bookings, you'll receive her full profile in advance.
We offer a clear, fair cancellation timeline:

We make exceptions for genuine emergencies — child illness,
flight cancellations, or family emergencies (with documentation).
